Our Training Approach
The CMHFA program combines structured learning, practical training, community engagement, and mentorship. Participants are trained not only to understand health challenges but to actively respond and lead change in their communities.
Level One – Foundation (8 Weeks)
Focus: Awareness and basic response skills
What You Will Learn
- Mental health awareness
- Stress, anxiety, and emotional wellbeing
- Psychological First Aid (PFA)
- Basic medical first aid
- Hygiene and disease prevention
Outcome
Become a Community First Responder capable of supporting individuals and responding to basic emergencies.
Certification: Foundation Certificate
Level Two – Intermediate (1 Year)
Focus: Application and leadership

Become a Community Health Facilitator leading local initiatives and supporting communities.
